We offer a 30-day return period for most industrial automation parts. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that have been installed or show signs of mounting will not be accepted.
To start a return, you must contact us at xmjhy.auto@gmail.com first. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return request is authorized, please ship the components to the following technical inspection center:

For non-defective returns (e.g., customer ordered the wrong part), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover technical re-certification and original shipping costs.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
