The Beckhoff EL5002 is an EtherCAT terminal, specified for 2-channel encoder interface, SSI. The transmission rate is variable up to 1 MHz, 250 kHz default. It provides 2 channels. Power supply is 24 V via power contacts. Electrical isolation is specified at 500 V (E-bus/field potential). The operating temperature range is -25…+60°C.
