The Beckhoff EK1501 connects an EtherCAT terminal station through multimode fiber. Two SC duplex ports use 100BASE-FX with 50/125 micrometer fiber and support link lengths up to 2,000 m. Identification switches and a 24 V DC supply complete this fiber coupler's main connection requirements.
